Stressed? Get a Hobby!

Most people today are stressed out. All of that negativity is kept inside unless you have an outlet, a hobby. For example, I was a dancer. I loved ballet and modern dance. That was an outlet for me as cheesy as it sounds, I danced my little heart out! And it HELPED me. These are some things you can do to unwind:
1) BLOG!
Yes, you! Starting a blog is free and fun. I suggest using Wordpress, tumblr, or Weebly. Write about what you love, post pictures that inspire you, share with others. This focus will help you love yourself and not dwell on surrounding problems. 
2) MAKE SOMETHING!
The internet is full of do it yourself ideas and I know you probably have a few ideas up your sleeves. Why not tackle them? Jewelry making, scrapbooking, painting, photography, beauty and bath products, baking, decorating etc. Once you see the finished product, you will be filled with accomplishment and be eager to start a new one!
3) READ!
I know in this day and age, it seems like reading actual books has been swept under the rug. Find a book that is uplifting, maybe a work of fiction and get lost in it! You might have a different view on some of your own stresses in life after you are done reading it. As an option, ask your friend to purchase the book and read a chapter a night and discuss it with him/her. Communication is a great outlet. xoxo.
